Judit Gueth Design Policies
CompanyJudit Gueth Design is a rug, wallpaper and surface design company that manufactures its own products. The company sells directly to consumers; however, we do offer trade and wholesale discounts. To qualify for a trade discount you have to be an active member of the trade (interior designer, interior decorator, architect, home stager etc.) To qualify for wholesale prices you have to have a retail store. There are no minimums that you have to purchase.

This website contains copyrighted material. All images are the property of Judit Gueth. No images contained in this website can be used for commercial purposes without the author's consent.
Shipping within North America
All products are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase, before completion of the transaction.
Shipping Overseas
We use the most cost effective way of shipping when sending products overseas. For wallpaper and smaller items Canada Post, for rugs Air Cargo.
Returns and Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. All items for return or exchange must be unused and in original packaging.

Pickup
It is possible to pick up your item if you live in Toronto. Please call to arrange a time. Items for pickup must be ordered by email and will be invoiced by email.

You will need to register with us if you would like to make a purchase through our Online Store. When you register you are required to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. You may edit this information at any time using your password. We respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and we are committed to providing you with a secure online environment. Your personal information is only collected and used by us. The personal information you provide to us through our site is NEVER disclosed to any third parties.

Judit Gueth Design’s secure store accepts VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal as methods of online Payment. For your safety, we do not store your personal payment information (e.g.: Credit Card Numbers) on our servers. To secure the transfer of any personal information, such as credit card details and usernames and passwords, "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) software encrypts all information you transmit to juditgueth.com. For email orders we accept email transfers, personal cheques and money orders. Overseas transactions can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal and Western Union

Judit Gueth Design does NOT share manufacturing information. It is, like, financial, marketing, research and development information, considered proprietary information.
